dc.description ABSTRACT en_US
dc.description.abstract In most of restaurants here in town and all other places, the conventional method that has usually been used in serving customers is through listening to what the customer is ordering and either write it down on a piece of paper or memorizing it so as to deliver the ordered menu. This old method leads to ordering time delays and sometimes confusing service delivery that is one is being served with what someone else ordered. This situation irritates and may chase away customers in case the place is populated. This project aims to use the wireless technology as the communication medium and control unit to implement a better and a faster ordering system where customers will be able to electronically send their orders from their tables directly to the kitchen [4]. Data relevant to the design is collected through literature review from different materials and from different restaurants. The collected data will be analyzed so as to come up with the proper devices and equipments through design procedures basing on the analyzed data. The new design system will help servants of the restaurant to save time of service, nevertheless will reduce movements across the place hence display image of calmness and smartness of restaurant. More customers will be attended and served well in time. en_US
