Abstract:
This project aims at providing a portable and reliable source of power to USB devices. The reliability of the device lies in the fact that the device is designed to be able to charge USB devices whenever need arises.
The device is designed to use both solar power and normal DC power which will be used to charge the backup batteries inside it, hence one can use the device at any time since the charging system allows the backup batteries of the device to be charged with solar power or normal DC power in the absence of sunlight.
Considering how fast USB devices drain their batteries, this project is expected to be of great help to users of USB devices since the device provides a reliable source of power supply and it is portable to carry, this will enhance the users to be able to use it anywhere.
